There are alot of good projects to invest into now: Insight network, Credit, Livetree, Grain.io, Refereum etc are all good projects that I think one can pick one or two projects that would likely be really big. But for me Ethereum and Bitcoin still worth holding, NEO is coming to the fold now and these three can make up 40% to 50% of ones portfolio

Livetree is interesting in my opinion.
What about Waves? I believe it is way ahead of NEO as usage. Much more ICO are already run there, DEX and other functionalities.
I am not a NEO specialist, but I don't get it why so much support for it. Does it have to do something with masternodes and everyone who is a masternode promotes the hell out of it?

The crypto based lending market really is shaping the conventional banking system, people would rather trust a smart contract enable lending system than trust banks. Especially when ROI favours both parties

I have always had a thing for crypto assets tied to real-world asset classes. Besides we can expect to see more of this in the coming crypto financial revolutions. This way people will have more confidence in their digital asset's worth than in mere cryptography.
