I get a pop up window during installing Electrum 3.0.5

Fatal error! Failed to execute script pyi_rth_qt5

No previous post with this, I think, so can anybody help me, please?

If it helps, the only version that i can run is 2.9.3. With the other versions i get the same pop up.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Could you provide information about the OS you're running on, is it Linux, Mac or Windows? If you're on linux and if you're attempting to install Electrum via pip3 then you'll need to install Python3 and PyQT5 dependencies before the installation and proceed since Electrum 3.0 and above makes use of Python 3.

Here are the dependencies:
Code:
 sudo apt-get install python3-setuptools python3-pyqt5 python3-pip

I'm sorry, I wasn't able to gather much, but I'll still attempt to help. Based on a user posting a random "Failed to execute electrum" issue here on Reddit although this may or may not be causing your issue. It seems you could try installing KB2999226 from Microsoft's portal Here. Installation of this KB was also put up as a note on Electrum's download page. Might be worth the try.

If this doesn't work you should probably open a ticket on the github page where a developer could look into it- https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues

Fixed!

I installed new phyton 3.6.4 from https://www.python.org/downloads/ and i'ts working again (version 3.0.5).

Thanks for your answer. You gave me the idea that i need to install sources, Kb's or something like this to get it runing again!
