Just wondering if there are any other services like middlecoin or multipool, but for SHA256. I like the idea of the automatic coin switching, but as far as I know, I can't use middlecoin or multipool with my ASICs.

So does anyone know of any?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

1) NO SHA-256 altcoin gives even a tiny fraction of the value of Bitcoin.
2) Many SHA-256 altcoins can be merged mined with Bitcoin. Why switch when you can mine 2 (or 3, or 4) coins simultaneously?

1) So when multipool says it mines the most profitable altcoin, is it still not worth it anyway?
2) Is this what's going on with bitminter, mining BTC and NMC?

I'm still very new to these crypto currencies but I have ordered a few USB block erupters. They will be arriving soon and I just want to use them the best way possible. I understand that they may not be profitable, but the geek in me still just wants to get into it Smiley
