Hello, I haven't posted on these boards much but I am having a problem logging into my account on Bitcoin2cash, and I was wondering if anyone else with an account there was having a problem too...

Yesterday, i tried to log in to my account the same way that I always do, and was greeted by a login error message. I kept trying to get inside, but was not able to do so. I have recently created a google + account and i thought that was the problem, so I deleted it. However, it did absolutely nothing, and for some reason, I was not able to enter my account.

I messaged the email, and the person in charge told me to contact google, and that others had reported the same problem that I did. I have tried to get in contact with google, and got an email back saying that they have not heard of the problem. At this point, I have no idea what to do, and I am worried because I sort of need the btc inside my account, and I am afraid i will never see them again....

I just wanted to know if anyone else out there is experiencing this, and if so, what are they doing about it? If someone had this happen and fixed it, how did they do so? I don't want to get rid of my account, as i find it to be a great service, but if my only choice is to close the account down (somehow???) then i will have to do so...

Anyways, i am done with my rant, but would appreciate some help. If anyone knows a place where I should go for help, i would greatly appreciate it Smiley

thank you

Over 6 weeks and I have the same issue. I certainly hope this isnt a scam, because bitcoin2cash has been operating for far too long to not have been called out. I hope the owner just takes a look at this and finds a solution...

I too cannot login with the same url I used to use, although it works if I use the one he has on his front page (creating a new account of course).  I do not have a Google+ account, but I suspect that the issue started shortly after its launch.

While I can continue to trade using the new account, I believe I'm out of luck with the 3 coins I had left on the old account that no longer logs in correctly.

This is a new issue that just started recently. You're bumping an old thread. I'm working on a solution. I will have to migrate the back-end to a new provider. It will be fixed soon. Email is the best way to contact me.

There is an issue with Google+ but I can help you recover your old account.

Hello, I do not mean to bump an old thread but I am having problems as well with bitcoin2cash, and I cannot post on other forums. You say you have backup of the wallet, but my problem is that I have done a cash request on Thursday and another one on Friday for more than $400 and haven't received anything in the mail yet.

I have done many trades with you and I usually receive your envelope in a day or two. Do you have copies of your database as well to know how much are my pending withdrawals and such?

Thank you
