I asked EiraTech about EiraCube.


And Their Answer is:
It would appear that a former employee of Eiratech Robotics, Mr.Dubinin, has taken items of our know-how and intellectual property against our knowledge and has modified and arranged them into a purported offering and is now trying to raise funds by this means via eiracube.io. We are in the course of taking this matter up now with the regulatory and police authorities and pursuing our legal options against Mr.Dubinin and his associates.

Thank you for sharing. I asked actually about this post in their Telegram group and I've been kicked out/banned straight away. Either this information is legit or not, I would stay away from a project that doesn't communicate about issues to the community.

Here is the full story:
Konstantin had a dream of creacting his "know-how", which was developed only by him and he found
eirotech robotics company in Dublin. Afterwards, Eirotech robotics represented this idea as their own
creation. They changed the terms of our agreement and we didn't accept it.We decided to break a contract with
eirotech robotics and to find a new R&D centre. During the last few months we made a huge step.We have found
new partners, who are using more advanced high-tech innovations and started to cooperate with them.

We aren't EiraTech project, EiraTech is just one of our robots supplier, who started to change the terms
of our agreement as soon as they found out that we are going for ICO.
 All EiraTech announcements about the ownership are fake. If they are so confident in what the say, let them
confirm the documents.
The employees who expressed their disagreement were on temporary contracts that we haven't extended and it's not our fault.
They are removed from the website.

Hello folks, that's easy to say something. Are you really trust each screenshot? Or do you need some legal papers to be sure? Not follow slanders - ask them to show you an evidence instead of listening to them. Ask them to show you patents or any piece of IP. Our solicitor is preparing a legal action because of their unacceptable acts.

They are currently explaning everything in the telegran chat, and I do think they are trying to be as transparent as they can with us (investidors) and people in general, what happens Was Just a misunderstanding at ALL. I still recomend this ICO to anyone instrested in great goals that can chance our way to live.

wow, its crazy like obviously the true story must be real, like who could make it up?

Konstantin seems to have created a company in Dublin eirotech robotics ltd, but it looks like the robots went against him and tried to steal his idea?
He created the company but then company represented this idea as their own? But is it not his company? How can a company he found to develop this idea create its own identity?

Why are all the people allegedly part of the team all denying it when contacted?

What experience have any of these people got in robotics?

And what does the small print on the website mean eiracube.io

"This website is not created in accordance with and is not subject to, laws or regulations of any jurisdiction which are designed to protect investors."

..not subject to laws anywhere??

Here is some updated information:
The trackers are going to be recovered within 1-3 days. Once it's comletely recovered, they won't
be able to take them of ever again.
Also, we didnot want to change our brand name, but according to this
circumstances we are going to change it.
Other than that, legal actions will be applied to any source, that post any kind of fake information.

thanks sleepy bear, not sure of the site this is posted on but I guess its not somewhere that anyone could just post an article?

Just so I am clear is there any article about Eiracube anywhere, like any historical articles about how Konstantin developed his dream? any details about the company, its directors, when and where it was registered ( i tried the company reports in ireland and the UK and can't find it?), why all the people listed on the site are dis-associating themselves from the project?

I am sure there is a very logical explanation for this but in the UK we have a saying.....

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, there's a good chance that it is a duck!
