Fortunately the dumping period is the best time if you want to time out from crypto, right at this time its dumping period, so you can go off and take a nice break and return when the market comes back.

Last 6 months crypto has been more as an obsession than a hobby.
Fortunately I invested nothing except some money in mining equipment.

I'm going to uninstall all crypto tracking apps from my phone and pick up some good video games to keep me busy until my vacation which starts 25th Feb.
It's only too bad that my vacation money is in crypto. But I hope it will bounce back somewhat in early March so I don't have to sell half my portfolio.

I feel for you and at the same time don't pity you for some reasons

1. You purposely made a decision which you felt was the right one but because things are not turning out the way you want, you are planning to dump. You have been actively involved for six months as you have said want do people who have been involved since the beginning to have seen several crashes and recovery even when it seems impossible. You see this game is not for the softhearted and you are not the only one who is very much invested in things so keep calm.

2. You lament about your vacation fund already into bitcoin. Times without number it has been said not to invest what you cannot afford to lose or better still what you won't need in the short term and six months is pretty short term to me. But you choose to ignore that because of the amount of envisaged profit that seems sure at the time.

The only thing left now is to hope because that what you have got  to do now as nothing from your end can change situation if things.

Bro, if you invest in crypto you don't necessarely have to watch the market all day long. Buy coins and forget about them for a few years, thank me later. Smiley

Yeah, that's the way to help me and you feel comfortable during holiday time. Congratulations, you have not invested much in the altcoins. My friends have invested a lot in bitcoin and now they are very anxious.
But I think you should keep the check app altcoins. I think the atlcoins will recover in the next 1-2 months. Hope everything will go well with you.

This is all the same exactly like in the stock market. The masses take you approach, others invest when it's low. Wink

The current price of the altcoin is falling. Everyone is scared like you. I am also very suffering. I do not want to spend a lot of money on altcoin. Maybe I will imitate you. Delete all crypto tracking applications. Instead, it's entertainment. Take a break for a while, waiting for bitcoin prices rise again.

I enjoy your holiday peacefully and happily, and I do not want to be concerned about any bitcoin prices at this stage, which makes me sleepless nights and sometimes I am really scared of waking up one night bitcoin prices will drop to To exceed my expectations, I have been persuading others not to give up and remain calm, of course, this is also to comfort myself.

A great idea to take a break from cryptocurrency. If you are not a day trader then you can check the charts once a week or a month and not think about the crypt.

Right, I think it can be your time to rest now, and do not need to worry about cryptocurrency issues if you really believe in cryptocurrencies. I believe the cryptocurrency for March will give us a surprise.

That's why you need to limit crypto like any other job. And do not forget about other sources of energy - family, friendship, sport. My friend also sits all day in crypto, he wants to earn a lot. But I can not, there are other things.

Hi,

It can be hard to take a break if bitcoin has become an important source of revenue for you.

In fact, it is great that you are still able to realize it, because it means that you still have some control on it.

I guess that bitcoin can be like casino or any betting games for some people... Except that bitcoin, in most countries, is not regulated at all. So if you don't realize it yourself, you can lose quite a lot of money...

Good luck in rehab! Wink

I guess all your friend knows is to spam and earn bitcoins whereas there are other means like mining altcoins which requires  almost no effort on his part or work as a a freelance for companies overseas or even gamble, trade or invest in something where he could be earning from his investment rather than being dependent on micro earnings.

I have the same tactic, when everything is going down I just remove myself from cryptoworld. I go outside, or play games, focus on my work. Always works.
Never give up. This is one statement we often listen from our friends and families so that our life will be carrying on with pleasure and happiness. But there are so many times, when you get in front of problems and sadness. So best thing is to take a break, don’t leave that problem, face it but with a break. Relax and then come back with full charm.

Obsession is bad, but if you will have a break for awhile without checking your accounts what if btc's value will bounce back over night and you'll lose that chance? Just have a self- control, try to set a limit, if you think you need a break, then don't just take a long time. In cryptocurrency, everything is uncertain.

I'm so ready for a break but we must never give up. The tech is awesome, it just follows that the application will be profitable. To succeed, there must be ups and downs. Hang in there.

I agree with you.

Today's cryptocurrency markets may be volatile. Your mining equipment's digital currency is now the best way to keep it in your wallet!

Maybe the market will pick up in March!
