PWR coin "Knowledge is PWR!"
Initial Announcement Details
Previously, this coin was known as Power coin and has been around since mid 2016. Some time after initial release it became apparent that coding errors were causing this coin to stake out of control. This resulted in a variety of problems and unfortunately nobody ever bothered to fix the coin and so all of these problems have existed until now. This announcement is to let you know that the coin is now under new management and has a very capable and proven development team behind it. Even as I type this ANN work is going on to re-brand, fix and breathe new life back into this otherwise dead cryptocurrency.
Current Status Of This Project
There is much work to be done and some important items have already been accomplished. As we move forward this ANN will be updated to reflect accomplished tasks as well as any other important announcements. Although this is an old coin, as it is rebuilt by a new management, it will certainly be able to grow better. Hopefully this project successful.

may be better to make a new coin with a different name
tons of new useless coins made everyday now. why not pick up an abadoned one with potential? which the dev happens to think it is. Look at the devs work on ROIcoin and you'll know he knows what he's doing and commited. |

Quick Update: The dev team has updated Github and the readme file now includes a link to Discord as well as a full set of instructions for compiling the Linux daemon and Linux QT wallet using Ubuntu 16.04. We are now working on the compile routines for Windows and Mac and will update Github and release those directions as soon as they are ready.

Quick Update: I just updated Github with fresh binaries for Windows and Linux and I also added a boostrap blockchain. https://github.com/PWRcoin/PWRcoin/releasesThis is not a new release that is still being worked on but first the compilation process for Windows and Mac needs to be figured out. |

Quick Update: In order to help with the re-branding efforts I am working on a nice high definition branding video. Once it's ready you can help out by sharing it on social media  I've also updated the 1st page of the ANN and the home page of the website to reflect numerous updates on our current tasks!
