I think we just need to spread a positive message about cryptocurrency, make sure everybody is informed exactly what it is, how it has the potential to change the world. We also need to ensure that the people are educated enough to understand how to keep their crypto safe, and make responsible decisions when investing into a volatile market.

Hackers,scammers are Real, but I believe one thing about hacking and scamming,its just a sign that the perpetrators  are just smarter, because if we are actually smarter, or more careful,and posibly keep less greed, we can get safety to an extent, the crypto community can enlighten us  more on how to be safe and possibly safe sites,like there is a trend about forkdelta that people gets hacked through that site, so I used to advise my friends to send their token to a newly created wallet and import private key from there after sending there tokens to the new wallets.then operate from there,..

If these big exchange hire security companies then the decentralization of their tokens will be out. So it is better for the exchanges to solve these problems there own way and debugg those hackers from entering their programs. That way, they can minimize the risk of having hacked by those scambags.

I think it's "perfectly normal" for crypto exchanges to lack in a lot of features. Most of them started with no licenses and when crypto was not that popular. Their systems wasn't ready for the crypto boom, and they are taking a lot of time to upgrade their systems. Usually it's not very easy to make updates when they have a lot of users, without disrupting their services.

Not saying this is a good approach, because is not, but I guess that many exchanges started with independent owners, that don't have a lot of people working on their platforms, and they are trying to keep their business running by themselves. I mean, Mt. Gox was a magic the gathering trading platform, before becoming a crypto exchange. That shows that people entering the business weren't very professional.

Finally let's not forget that crypto exchanges are a honeypot for hackers, specially the centralized ones, and although crypto markets might represent billions, they are still nothing compared to the fiat market, so it's "normal" to see crypto exchanges being hacked, instead of banks, etc.

You're not understanding, hackers have a lot of skill if not even the government can protect itself fully against hackers what do you expect a private company to do? This is why the only way to protect yourself is to not bring too much attention to yourself and for and exchange that is impossible that is why it is recommended that you keep your money in your wallet.

In reality the community can stay vigilant and be vocal about companies and projects they suspect to be scams. Warning others and not participating in those scams is the only thing we can do. There's no way to stop scammers from trying to scam and hackers from trying to hack. There's no crypto police to hunt them down.
