When did you bought it? If you bought it really high, than my advice to you is to hold. Like others will tell you, this is just market manipulation to get better entries. If you sell them your bitcoin then you actually will lose all your invested money.

But if you bought now or little bit higher and you are afraid and cant take this falls, than it is better for you to leave this space. It is not for everybody.

It's not like the world is fighting bitcoin. Other countries just ban bitcoin maybe because it could be a threat in their government because of its decentralized nature. Other reason maybe because they don't want their people to commit fraudulent acts because it is easy to use plus only bitcoin address are being shown

Don't sell bitcoins.
Historically, every times the bitcoin will gone up and up to a new level, and all you have to do is wait.

Unless you desperately need the money to keep a roof over your head then you’d be a fucking idiot to sell now. If you didn’t sell at $19,000 then do not sell in the $8000 range.

The price will recover in a few weeks / months & you’ll forget that you ever worried.

Bitcoin is going to survive, period. If you’re using it as an investment vehicle, don’t sell it. I think of my bitcoin as an investment, not as cash so much. So I think bitcoin infrastructure is a great deal more immaterial to its value than it ever was.

You better hold on for a while and wait for the next news, sometimes the news only outwit the bitcoin price let a lot of panic sell, while the big investors waiting for the opportunity to make a purchase and gradually the price will recover up again, rising and this bitcoin fair happens every year, be patient.

I do not think so.  Maybe facebook banned it because they give bitcoin a good advertisement for free I guess.  Or they are just afraid and they are uncertain if those cryptocurrency are legit or just a scam.  Maybe they do not want to be involved.  I will just hold my bitcoin no matter what.

I can't blame those who are worried. But we should trust Bitcoin. It suffered from us and downs before but in the end it still manage to recover. Bitcoin at this moment is having a hard time especially with the cryptomarket. But since there are scenarios before just as like as this one, I think it is still worth trusting. Just invest now while its market value is low. So that if ever its value will increase this month, profit will alresdy be earned.

You’re thinking the other way around: buy low, sell high, that’s how money is made. You should have invested only money that you can afford to lose, so it wouldn’t be a problem to hold now.

There were many people who bought bitcoin when it was reaching ath after ath, those are the same who are selling now. If you want to make money, don’t follow the herd.

yes , really scary ,as we noticed the price drop of bitcoin going so deep, but for me still i'm going to hold my bitcoin right now because it just a matter of trials to the legacy of the bitcoin, besides facebook intention is to eliminate scammers and mislead promo ads not to stop crypto currency global growth ,

i think we are in a very big dump of the market, we can only wait until the price back to normal in the future, so rightnow holding is a good option, the market needs time to stable again after so many shocking events recently, i know it will be a little scary but this is the time we must stay calm and do not sell anything without considerations.

Bitcoin has crashed many times in the past, but it has always rebounded much more. In 2011, BTC dropped from $32 to $2 (about 94%); another temporary 36% crash in 2012; 79% crash in 2013 as the value dropped from $266 to $54; a slow crash of 87% between late 2013 and January 2015 where prices kept dropping from $1166 to $170; 49% crash in 2014; 40% crash even last year September 2017 from about $5000 to $3000. So, there have been bigger crashes in the past and this 55% crash from $19000 to $8500 is nothing. There has been a crash almost every year. Today is probably the last Black Friday sale this year to get BTC at discounted prices. So my advice for you is to HODL if this is your investment and only cash out if you are totally dependent on that money and need it to survive.

BUY LOW, SELL HIGH! This advise has been heard in this space a million times and yet many still don't understand the said advise because they let their feeling reign. Whenever the price gets lower after a purchase, if given the resource, buy more and HOLD. I know it's easier said than done but we need to be tough and take the risk.

This is the best recommendation that could be only given these days. Do not be scared and pick the waiting position.
