Might be a dumb question but is there a difference between a graph card with heatsink or fan...? I plan on mining and im hesitating between 2.
One is Saphirre, (3 fans)
Other one is PowerColor, which is heatsink

All vegas have both heatsinks and fans.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

Heatsinks will absorb heat from the component, and fan will cooling down heatsinks. All GPUs comes with both by default.
