Upcoin is releasing it's new exchange soon that will support both cryptos and fiat currencies and is currently going to start a closed beta test. Release is slated for March 2018. Pre-launch has had over 700,000 registrations so far and has a referral program similar to Binance.

That's good.  The more exchanges, the better for trading. Most importantly, the team was honest , and open areas for traders and investors. However, time will tell.

be careful before investing anywhere there is a trend going on behind this crypto trading everyone is an owner of his new coins or ico be very careful
