i have been trading and have some pretty decent returns in first week of january and huge losses later on.i think most of people here in same like me.i have been hodling my positions.
what are your ideas on increasing your btc portfolio?BTC
i think most investors get this bad situation. If you are holding alts which stay in top 100, you should keep holding it until the end of this year. There would be a bull run soon, personally. The investors is afraid of losing money because the crypto market is still going down. However, the value of alts is hard to get deeper. Its time to decrease your portfolio.

In the past six months, not many things can be done by bitcoin. This is much more beneficial than exploiting Ethereum and then exchanging it for bitcoin. For me, this is the best currency on the market since it is the only coin. You see that when btc down some coin shapely down and increase very fast even btc increases solowly. I tried to hit it from a lot of different angles. It must be admitted that the presence of bitcoin brings good things for asset management and transactions, with the increasing number of users it will automatically make demand for bitcoin increase and of course the price will also continue to increase. For me, I only buy and hold long because I believe Bitcoin prices will hit a new high in the coming years.

I sometimes use the fluctuation of the price, and as well as you sell coins more expensive and buy cheaper. And just buy coins on the stock exchange, this is the easiest way to get bitcoins.

I buy coins on the stock exchange and also sell coins that I get from participating in signature campaigns. And later they buy BTC or ETH. This is quite a convenient strategy for me to increase my portfolio.

i was buying in dips, when stoch and rsi signalled me to buy, but recent market dipped even more and are loss.
Using the RSI indicator is good but not enough reason to buy or sell although is the oldest indicator in forex trading but technically analysis is more than just using one indicator . Learn how to use the MACD  and MA also Fibonacci . It will help you alot to increase your portfolio in the recent bear market.

The most easy way to increase your bitcoins portfolio are sending some fiat to an exchange and withdraw your bitcoins to your own private wallet.
I sold most of my altcoins in the first few months of this year, I still hold some altcoins  and I have bought a few new also this year. But I'm 80-90% into bitcoins and here I will stay until we get back above 10-14k so it might be for a long time, before I go all in on altcoins again.

Bounty campaign is a good choice to increase your portfolio it takes time to complete one bounty because ICO took 2 to 3 months to finish but it's worth it, especially if the project is good and they actually had a platform where people can use it and they can create demand too.

Since HODLING can get boring at times it’s nice to have a small amount set aside for trading that can be exciting. Even if it’s only $100, you think, that could have been $10K on that swing you just did. Every trade gets you a little more skilled and more comfortable with price actions.

In the recent months I have accessed the air-dropped forked bitcoin chains and exchanged them unto bitcoin. Sure, it has been just 0.5-1% of original bitcoin value (or less) and required a lot of work (I needed to unfreez the cold storage, synchronize a blockchain, then access and exchange the founds, but still it was a very interesting process and one full of many learning opportunities (sometimes it wouldn't work for a variety of reasons and you needed to figure out a way).

I trade altcoins and some of the profits are invested in bitcoin, the rest are invested in Ethereum and the dollar.

Bounty platform is quite good to generate a good amount of revenue from it. And you have to choose good ICO, it will help you to earn more as well nowadays many users make fake ICO's to make a profit. So you have to always be careful and have to make an investigation into the project. Means you have to look up about the team or other aspects to identify the project is fake or real.

Im joining at any campaign even the wages is small better to have a more account than you have so you have an advantage to get some more BTC then make it advocate your self to joining on campaign then my second strategy is im not just focusing on that BTC such as im changing to other cryptop like on ETH etc and ofcourse guard the graph of BTC every hour so you may have a change to get more and more BTC.

I'm increasing my BTC portfolio by holding and selling with profit some of the altcoins that are doing well in the bear market.

Yes as of now I also lose some of my money. What Im doing now was nothing. I just wait and be more patient until the price of it increase again. Hopefully they will recover fast so that we can get back what we lose. Keep holding and I know it will be worth it in the end of this year.

I have no idea on how to increase my portfolio other than to continue to hodl my bitcoins. I do not want to engage in trading because I don’t always have time for this, so I prefer the old way - HODL.

The simplest strategy to increase your bitcoin portfolio is by buying when the price is low and selling when the price moons. This is the simplest strategy employed by most crypto enthusiasts or traders in the world of digital currency. The same strategy can be compared to demand and supply found in economics.

Best idea is increasing bitcoin portfolio we need to divide our bitcoin in different strong altcoins and need to purchase in deep.and we need to hold for long term also use stop loss with every coin so u can make good profit and one more thing remember never invest all Ur money in one coin & never do much greed we can't make millionaire in one night.

Well, I have a day job so I place some spare change on buying some bitcoins to pool up my portfolio. I also participate in bounty campaigns and sell at least around 10% of the profits to bitcoins and pool them up as well. I usually buildup every end of the month or whenever I have made money from a bounty campaign.

I attended a lot of bounty campaigns with the aim of increasing the crypto portfolio and if needed I would pair it to BTC, besides that at this time I had started trading daily with discipline to achieve the 2% profit target and this made my crypto assets grow.
