Abnormal high mining numbers

Hi All

I use https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=163750.0 as a miner on my Nvidia Quadro FX 580. This is an over 3 year old card and clearly not the fastest. The weird thing is, with that miner I get some 470 Mhash/s in the console shown. On the other hand, I do not get any updates on the website.
If I use poclbm on the card, I get some 4,7 Mhash/s, which seems more reasonable. Also the website at bitcoin.cz shows the progress.

How can that be?
