which is the corect ?

Does it mean that 1500-2000 was adnubustrated each time - 3 times a week.  (like 1500 1500 1500 = 4500)
Or does it mean that 1500-2000 was administrated all together . (like 500 500 500 = 1500 ? ) ?

The reasoning behind this is that I see the ( ) as a way of saying: sum, total.

it means 1,500-2,000 each time. 1 week = 4,500-6,000.

It means for example 1500 + 1500 + 1500(4500) =1week

4500= 1 week
So you are going to multiply by 8 weeks

4500*8 = 36,000 IU

36,000 for 8 weeks
