AION NETWORK TEST-NET UPDATE

On Jan 26th Aion Network team published a blog announcing the Test Net Release Schedule: https://blog.aion.network/testnetsignup-9031b4aa3105

We've now opened up applications to our community to participate in our Test-Net Beta group. We are asking community members who have blockchain development experience, who are willing to actively engage in our forum https://forum.aion.network/, contributing tickets and fixes on our Github https://github.com/aionnetwork/ to apply.

Since opening up the applications, we've had a great deal of interest and we will continue to accept submissions throughout February. On February 5th the first beta group participants will receive access to the Test Net binaries.

Hi,

First of all – thank you to everyone who contributed to the Beta Test Net! We are pleased to announce that all of the Aion PoW Release is now open-source and published to Github earlier this week. To participate in the Aion Test Net please click here, rewards for test net participation will be announced next week on the blog. Check out the blog posts in case you missed them below.

We have also announced the Aionex conference for May 2nd, 2018 here in Toronto at the historical Design Exchange. Save the date and stay tuned for the registration site and speaker line up. We hope to meet as many of you as possible and give you a chance to meet our engineers as well.
 
Next week some of the team will be in Africa, with meetups in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Nairobi, we've included the Eventbrite links to each below. We will also be in Asia towards the end of the month starting with Hangzhou, Shanghai and then Beijing. Stay tuned for more details on these.

As you can see, we have another busy month ahead as we prepare for the main net launch and we look forward to connecting with as many of you as possible during our travels.
