Hashflare SHA-256 hashrate for sale

Hi! I'm selling my SHA-256 Hashflare hashrate of 64 TH/s.

Currently I have the following contracts:

6 TH/s expiring 10.12.2018
25 TH/s expiring 10.12.2018
10 TH/s expiring 11.12.2018
19 TH/s expiring 11.12.2018
4 TH/s expiring 15.12.2018

As of May 31, 2018, selling price is 0.002 BTC per 1 TH/s, equivalent to $15 at $7500 Bitcoin price (expiry date for all contracts is about the same, so the same price applies to all contracts for simplicity).

Only whole contracts may be sold, selling will be performed via escrow (can do without escrow if you trust me enough). Minimum lot is 25 TH/s due to very low price. Preferred payment method is BTC, but for small contracts I can accept BCH, LTC or Dash (or some other top altcoins) to avoid high tx fees.

Upon payment, I will send a request to Hashflare support to transfer the hashrate.

Contracts incur maintenance fee $0.35 per 1 TH/s per day. Current payout per 64 TH/s per day is about 0.0037 BTC, maintenance cost per 64 TH/s is about 0.003 BTC per day which is 81% (will be less if BTC recovers).
Daily profit per 64 TH/s is about 0.0007 BTC which is 0.55% daily at the offered 1 TH/s price 0.002 BTC per 1 TH/s.

As far as I see, people in this chat request much higher price than I do, so my offer looks pretty competitive. But I'm not sure how legit this chat is, too few people are there.

For now the price didn't change, it remains 0.008 BTC per 1 TH/s (equivalent to $84 as of now). All 64 TH/s are available.
