CoinMetro is a new exchange that offers alot of new features compared with existing exchanges.
The CEO is behind the Forex platform FXPIG, which is very promising in this type of market.

The exchange will fit both simple and advanced users, which will help bringing crypto into the mainstream.
It's a huge advantage for a new exchange to see what issues other exchanges are having, such as the huge lack of proper customer support, and user base growth.

Token value:
Tokens are used for paying fees, part of every transaction for fees are burned.
Users doesn't need to buy tokens, they will automatically be bought behind the scenes when doing a transaction.
(simliar to Binance).

CoinMetro will hold a certain amount of tokens, and buy/sell when required to ensure a stable market.

That is true, but those buying in at 0.03 and 0.05 has to have their tokens vested:

Participants buying in at 0.03 EUR will have access to 20% of their total purchase after an initial vesting period of 90 days following distribution. The other 80% will be vested for an additional 90 days. Participants buying in at 0.05 EUR will have access to 33% of their total purchase after an initial vesting period of 90 days following distribution. The other 67% will be vested for an additional 90 days.

And there were only a total of 12.5m tokens available at each tier(0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.09), in comparison with there being 50m per tier at €0.11, €0.13, €0.15, and actually I assume there will be like a total of 150m sold at €0.15 during the main sale

Wow, why did not you post this information earlier? It seems to me that this is the cool project. Sure I can admit that the profits will be not as high as it is expected, but I like it. Here is the video devoted to CoinMetro currency:
