Buying bitcoins???

I have been looking at bitcoins and I was wondering which market should I use to get an idea on how much the bitcoin is really worth? Mt. Gox, bitstamp, btce, or campbx? thanks guys for the help. I personally think bitstamp is more stable, but you guys are the experts.

So if someone tries to sell me bitcoins at Mt. Gox price they are scamming me? There is a guy that is selling bitcoins in my area for market price + 5% if you buy 10 or more. thanks and what is up with the 360 second wait? Is this for newbies only? thanks

Mtgox prices are higher due to difficulties to withdraw dollars there, so Bitstamp gives a better idea of the Bitcoin market price.
Localbitcoin price may be higher than on bitstamp depending on how many sellers are at your location.
Btc-E has kinda low prices, because (afaik) it's difficult to get dollars into there.

Okay, thanks for the info. I will look into all the steps for withdrawing bitcoins to usd on each market. I am Located in the US of A-holes....
