yes, my mistake.  from 2,100,000 (total Premine) we will use 1,000,000 to sold in ICO PHASE, the funds raised in the ICO, will go to pay to get listed in high volume exchanges, the price to get listed in a High Volume Exchange goes between 5 BTC to 15 BTC approx depending the Exchange, Also getting listed in other Services like mnrank, masternodes.online, whattomine,etc etc we need money, sadly this is business and thats the reason we need funds to make a successful coin.

so, returning to Numbers:

Because this coin is highly based on POS you should calculate the premine from the actual POW reward.

So your premine is 95% because you'll be entering POS with 95% of all coins and then you'll get 95% of the POS rewards.
