Do some manufacturers of these chips just plug them in on their own racks and either send the mined coin to the buyers bitcoin address, or allow the buying of shared output from factory racks?. Save on shipping, power costs, and each person building up small.

I don't really understand what you've written, but what I can perceive is that that defeats the purpose of using escrow...

So we're dealing here in pure trust business...
