If they sold their bitcoins on this current price in the cryptoworld market,i would say yes, they're in a big loss. Keeping and holding bitcoins for long term investment, and sell it when the price is higher will gain too much.

If you really need some emergency cash and the only option left is your bitcoin, why not sell it? Bitcoin is not only for investment purposes you can also use it any emergency needs converting it to cash so it is not a big loss but a big help. I usually sell bitcoin when its price is high when it seem already reach its limit in uptrend then wait for the market to go down more before buying to avoid possible losses.
At least one of the reasons for investment is to get what you want in times of need.

Montana to be a Bitcoin Mining Hub

Check it out!

“This is obviously going to be revolutionary.”

This would be the second large mining operation to find Montana in as many years. Back in 2016, Project Spokane, LLC launched its site near Missoula. It’s already one of the largest energy consumers in the region, housing a 20 megawatt facility, employing at least 25 locals.
We cannot say anything at this stage. The market can crash or be extremely great for investors so before taking any decision or making a stance, we should know that if these investors sold it, they might have thought about it, I believe bitcoin will rise. On the other hand, I would say that prg is safe right now and it determined to rise for sure in July so instead if selling or using bitcoin, users can opt for PRG.

In a few days, we will be reaching $15000 again. Those who sold dont know the game.

All this self-soothing you all are doing is very funny. Market is going below 6000 very soon, and will go well below 4000 very shortly. It is very doubtful if cryptos will survive. The market cap has gone down 40% in the year. Past crashes or dips always had growing market capitalization. No so now. It is over. Denial is deadly for a trader or investor. The party is over.

Why are people even selling bitcoins? It is not going to fall it has always regained its position in the market. The ones who sold bitcoins might be at a loss. Others can for sure invest in lamden till they are not accurate about bitcoin  because TAU is stable right now and will rise in future for sure.

On the off chance that you are certain over the long haul of bitcoin to go up to as high as 100k/bitcoin, at that point whoever sold bitcoin whenever will have a major misfortune. In any case, I dont need all of you to look in that perspective. For whatever length of time that you benefit from bitcoin, even a $100 benefit, you are as of now happier and you as of now have not lost anything. So imagine a scenario in which somebody have 100btc and I money out 10btc at this point. Regardless he hold larger part of the btc over the long haul.

You think so? If crypto will end the way you said it, would you be more pleased if the economical advancement through this what you called games will end? some people think that crypto will end, well infact you guys really the ones who dont know the game, your speculations rather can effect the increase of the value of a certain currency, it is not self soothing it is positivity towards a certain event and also reality is the main reason why we are here in crypto to develop the world using blockchains and other means that could help to save the people living on this planet.

Very many people sold bitcoin thinking an end has come to it but unknown to them, the price of cryptocurrencies can not continue to rise indefinitely. There will be a time of reversal. Therefore if you sell your bitcoin at the time of low price, then you will regret it later.

On the off chance that you truly require some crisis money and the main alternative left is your bitcoin, for what reason not offer it? Bitcoin isn't just for venture purposes you can likewise utilize it any crisis needs changing over it to money so it's anything but a major misfortune yet a major help. I generally offer bitcoin when its cost is high when it appear to be as of now achieve its farthest point in uptrend then sit tight for the market to go down additional before purchasing to maintain a strategic distance from conceivable misfortunes

Definitely,  if these investors had sell their coins below the price when they had invesged,  it would be a loss for them.  But if sold higher when it was bought,  still they had earn minimal profit.  The point here is that,  during bear markets,  you must have to hold your coins for good and just patiently wait until the full recovery.

it's better to wait until bitcoin prices go up not too fast to sell them at cheap prices, I see a lot of panic so very many people are experiencing panic and make them make them to sell at a very cheap price.

It depends on at what price the one sold his/her bitcoins. If he/she sold at 19000 dollars, they made a huge profit and they are still not in a loss.

I go with you. If somebody bought at 6000 USD and sold it at 19000 (19 Dec 2017) he will be a big winner. Not all sellers are losers and not all hodlers are winners.

Yes i think they are in very big loss beacuse bitcoin price will soon go up.If you see the chart of last few years of bitcoin they you can easily see the price increament of BTC.In 2017 it's crossed upto the 20k $ and now it go to very deep near about the 6k $. But all researchers and experience person told that the bitcoin price wil go higher than the last year. It means it will cross the 20k $. So i think holding is best option for earn good profits.

I don't think this is the best time to sell bitcoins. We should buy bitcoins continuously at this stage.

Current prices are stable bitcoin now back. Some people sell bitcoin can because they need the money to use for their daily needs, or some people who need money to invest in something else. They fear the bitcoin will increasingly further down the price again
