Hi, a friend sent me 4btc to my coinbase wallet. But I haven't seen any coins yet, and no activity on blockchain also. According to him, he sent the coins from his Silk Road wallet. Could it be possible that coins sent from Silk Road wallet to coinbase won't show up after 30 min?

Bitcoins by definition cannot be "taken". They can be re-directed, but they are always "signed over".

Should've clarified in my post; The NSA sold drugs for bitcoin, the buyer sent them BTC not knowing it was the NSA, got arrested.
