The customer service rep is complaining in her blog that people are saying bad words to her.

Sorry. I couldn't shake how hilarious that is to me.

Everyone I know who does wrong to others always views themselves as the victim. No matter what they're doing to others.

Its fascinating that defrauding thousands of people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars is "okay" but Jody at BFL doesn't want to hear naughty words.
