OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Bounty Campaign Participants,
We are happy to confirm that we are making progress towards completion of the TEND Token Sale activities (KYC, audit and registration) and are about to start the distribution process of the TND tokens to you, the bounty participants. Having worked through a thorough KYC review and external verification, 331,789 TND Tokens have been generated for the Series A crowdsale investors; 132’107 TND Tokens have been allocated to Series D contributors (mainly to cover the ICO costs and services).
In that context, there are two important topics to be noticed and that we want to share with you.
Firstly, it will take
more time than anticipated to mint the tokens attributed to the bounty campaign participants as we have not foreseen this overwhelming number of participants. Over the last days, we have unfortunately not succeeded in finding a technical solution to expedite the process. To carefully and securely, yet manually, distribute the tokens to every one of you, will take us up to 10 days.
Secondly, as we have similarly communicated to our investors,
we anticipate listing on Lykke around mid-year and are now in advanced talks with a number of reputable exchanges such as the Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX) for example. Nonetheless, exchanges (both centralised and de-centralised) are coming under ever increasing scrutiny from regulators worldwide; the majority of exchanges currently lack sufficient permissions to handle security tokens. It’s our aim to avoid
to expose token holders to unquantifiable risks and to protect the value of the TND token. Having carefully considered the overall picture, we continue to follow our prudent approach and leave
the TND token non-transferable until the listings have been made.We will be providing you with regular listing updates in the coming weeks. We thank you a lot for your patience.

TEND Bounty Program
Up to a maximum of 86’000 tokens (TND Tokens), or 1% of the total funding amount is allocated for funding the TEND Bounty Campaign. If the project's 8-year funding target of 86 million Swiss Francs is not reached before the end of the Token Sale, the number of tokens allocated to the bounty will be proportionally reduced.
TEND Bounty Campaign Token Allocation:
Within our bounty campaigns, TND tokens are allocated in the following way.

General Rules:- Bounty campaign starts on February 3rd and ends on March 3rd 2018.
- The end of the week is Saturday, 23.59 pm, according to the GMT+1. The report must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the end of the week. Reports that will be sent later are not accepted.
- The Bounty Team reserves its right to make changes to the terms in any moment.
- Bounty Team decisions are final and not discussable.
- Payment addresses will NOT be changed after submission.
- Any kind of offensive or inadequate behaviour when promoting TEND will result in immediate disqualification from the bounty campaign.
- Once the Token Sale has been completed, your TND tokens will be transferred to your ERC20-compatible wallet. As soon as the tokens are in your wallet they are fully transferable. This can take up to 3 weeks after February 28th 2018.

TEND Signature Campaign (BitcoinTalk):
Signature Campaign Requirements:- Users with a status no lower than Junior Member at BitcoinTalk.org can join the Signature Campaign.
- Users with a negative trust status are not allowed to participate in the Signature Campaign.
- To participate in the Signature Campaign reward allocation, a user must make at least 40 posts with the TEND signature during the Token Sale.
- To receive Tokens for a week period, at least 10 posts should be made within one week.
- The end of the week is Saturday, 23.59 pm, according to the GMT+1. The report must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the end of the week. Reports that will be sent later are not accepted.
- Only posts made in the "Alternate cryptocurrencies" section
- Spam is strictly prohibited. Users caught for posting spam during the TEND Signature Bounty will be banned from Bounty Campaign without receiving any reward.
- It is prohibited to use several signatures at the same time.
- It is prohibited to change signature during Signature Campaign.
The reward for participating in the TEND Signature Campaign is allocated among users according to the stakes they have earned. Depending on the user status account, stakes distribution levels are as follows:
Users can receive additional 0.25 stakes per week for changing the profile picture to the TEND logo.

TEND Twitter Campaign:
Twitter Campaign Requirements (Week 1):- Users with at least 500 followers are eligible to participate in the Twitter Campaign (Please note that we have changed the number of followers from 100 to 500 due to quality reasons. If you enrolled to our Twitter campaign before February 5th at 23:59 GMT+1, the 100 follower rule applies) .
- Users must follow the TEND official Twitter account.
- To participate in the Twitter Bounty reward allocation, during the Token Sale, users must make at least 30 retweets of any TEND official account’s tweets.
- Only 4 Retweets a day are allowed. A weekly minimum of 10 Retweets must be made.
- Personal posts about TEND and its Token sale are not part of the Twitter bounty program.
- The end of the week is Saturday, 23.59 pm, according to the GMT+1. The report must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the end of the week. Reports that will be sent later are not accepted.
- The last week will end on Saturday, March 3rd at 23:59 GMT+1
