Just to share my thoughts about the subject. I think one good ICO to consider is Rentberry in which its platform is about decentralized home rental with a price value of 0.1ETH. It has more than 120K users with  more than 224K properties and it has a proven track record. It is considered as one of the top ten ICO's in February 2018 with an ICO bench rating of 3.9 and 99 in the ICO Ranker.

Based on my experience, to determine good ICO is by read the Whitepaper. Read all the thing in whitepaper and count how much people that involved in the project. Usually good project has more than 7 people behind it. Try to avoid project which only has 2 or 3 people because they looks not so serious in developing.

I have seen this project and look good for me but this is not the right time for ICO, the market too slow and go down every day, bad sign for us. They have great concept about 3D technology and most ICO with technology concept success. Keep eye on this project and prepare our money to invest,but wait until March for safe activity.

Another project that I'm a huge believer in, but that is perhaps a little less 'hyped' than Cappasity, is Triforce Tokens - a comprehensive gaming ecosystem that includes an honour system, anti-piracy measures and an incentive and trading scheme. There's a great team behind it, and they are actual passionate gamers - which I think makes a huge difference in this particular industry.
