I have Electrum 1.8.1. When I try to start it as a package (by clicking on the app icon in Applications folder), I see the icon appearing in dock and then it disappears without any error message or so.

When I run it from command-line like this:

Code:
/Applications/Electrum.app/Contents/MacOS/Electrum

it works normally.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue? How can I help debug the problem?

   Juraj.

Yes I had the same problem but I assumed it was something wrong with my system. I've been busy so rather than mess with it I just reinstalled 1.8... which is working fine.
