Hello. I just paid two people with my 100% genuine PayPal adress after a bitmarket.eu trade, but I only received from one of them. The other one sent a copy of a mail I have never sent and he claimed I sent this fake PayPal mail, have I been subject to a fraud? Is he not willing to give me my BitCoins? What do I do?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

So, do a chargeback. I guess that's a benefit to Paypal chargebacks, if the scammer's on the other end he can be foiled...

Sounds like you might have been Man-in-the-middled. Contact the email address on the PayPal account and ask for a refund.
