After this statement I went ahead and looked through all the transactions back from the Charity.. I find no transactions that support what you are saying and I can't find anything that was confirmed afterwards either.. So either you are lying or there's something else in play here? I don't appreciate either.

It was a Poloniex address, I was not aware they had a min. deposit amount but yeah..

If the transaction is not included in the blockchain, how can those funds be resent ?
If you change the fee, a new txid is generated. Share these txid, you liar.
