My Total Logged in time wont go up

Hi All,
Im browsing away trying to get my '4 hour logged on time' merit badge so I can actually post on this forum but my Total time logged in seems to stay at 1 hour 20 minutes.
I'm not even idle so I don't understand what is happening. Any ideas.

P.S.  I wouldn't have bothered posting about this as its such a small issue but I'm shamelessly using this post to see if it changes my time quota


edit: Yes it gave me 4 whole minutes.  Does that mean that browsing around the forums doesn't even count towards our quota?  Bitcointalk you are so sadistic!

You are already a junior member, so you should be able to post everywhere.
You only need to wait 4 hours, not have 4 hours total time logged in
