This is the biggest reason I think people really need to get their emotions out of trading, and when you're trading Bitcoin and the other cryptos you really just have to accept the fact that whatever you put in could be gone right when you buy. Don't get emotional with it, just put it in and think that you may lose all of this money.

Trying to time the market in crypto never works.

Trying to do TA never works.

Nothing traditional works in a non-traditional market, leave it and wait.

You cannot panic, when you do not monitor every little drop in the price every day. If you not a Day trader, stop looking at

the price, every minute of the day. The daily fluctuation will trigger panic behaviour and when the adrenaline starts pumping,

you stop making sound decisions. You will see crashes, where there are no crashes. Long-term HODLers, will seldom worry

over short-term volatility.  Grin

Nothing really beat the golden rule: HODL. You don't need to do anything in times of crisis. That's why its not really advisable to check that often the price movement because you will be tempted to sell if you see the price going down. You will feel worried seeing the money in your wallet going down. If going to be tough, but if you have learn to control your emotions then I'm sure that you will be reward handsomely at the end for hodling on your bitcoins.

Easy to say but hard to do when you got a lot of funds in your hands.
A motto that I love but am still failing sometimes because of needs.
Just a good advise for most of the users here. Dont invest everything, let there be some funds for necessities, rent and bills.

Somehow it happened to me, I really need the the money to pay for rent because of the shortage from my monthly salary. So I need to withdraw. I am not really in panic but just in need. So I will have to sell a part of my bitcoin even if I am at loss.

Don't make the same mistake made by panic sellers in the past.

Lucky for those who sells at its peak and this time they could buy bitcoin at low price again. This is normal and you need instincts on when you should buy or sell. Not all people will be successful in a single try. Experience is something we need in bitcoin trading as time goes by you will understand it. Sometime panic selling is a good thing. Of course, life is unfair and trading like a race that those who sells earlier before the collapse wins.

It is the good advice. Because we have always seen the growth and decrease of Bitcoin. we know now the price decrease . But i expect that bitcoin price will increase very early. So I think keep calm and hold is good advice.

First I thought you have mistakenly spelled HODL, instead of HOLD. But then I realized it's not a mistake. I've been in this community for a few months now. But still I don't know why we call it hodl, not hold? I hope someone will reply me. Thanks
