There are some accusations of me scamming a charity raffle. I am not aware of how/what these accusations are referring to, could someone please tell me?

He said he did not recieve it because Poloniex had a minimum deposit. I showed the correct ID's already if you can get off ure lazy bum and look at the thread.

Yes. a few days after the raffle, I noticed the tax ID's were not going through so I increased the fee.

all you need to do is sign a message from the sending address and the accusers will owe you an apology

It dropped out of mempools. And you can't "increase fee" and keep the same txid. (Except if you pay a miner to include your tx in a block but that ain't "increasing fee")

So what are the 4 txids corresponding to the 20 tickets you got ?

Anyway, I live in a country with presumption of innocence.

After looking through Electrum it appears you are correct.
Ill send another .0004 to hhapmuz in an address he posts.
Being told this via PM instead of being called a scammer a month and a half later would have been appreciated.

Scammer. You know what a fee to get a tx confirmed is. You don't believe in charity so you sent transactions that will never confirm just to steal the raffle prizes should you win.
Now that your scammy behaviour was discovered, do you really think 0.0004BTC will fix it afterwards ? The bad was done. The money was already sent to charity.

You got in a huge charity raffle with transactions you knew would not confirm. There was no problem with your transaction for the Satori rolls group buy. There you remembered what a sufficient fee to get a tx confirmed is...
