A lot of companies are now making PCI-e cards that can mine Bitcoins. They look like graphic cards that you can plug into your PCI-e slots in your computer motherboards. The cards will also have USB slots you can plug in. They come in various speed: Due to the Bitcoin difficulty increased over 86+ Millions, the price of these cards will be much cheaper than most Bitcoin mining machines out there. 10 GH/s card - $50 to $100 60 Gh/s card - $200 to $400 100 Gh/s card - $500 to $1200 500 Gh/s card - $1200 to $2500 Public Note: Some of these bitcoin mining cards are FPGA cards that are programed to communicate with the motherboards' PCI-e slots. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Mine your Bitcoins at his majesty the King Cuong V Truong's pool. "While there is interest from the BitCoin Mining community, AMD currently has no plan to create a mining-specific card, since the demand on a global scale would be so small that spending thousands of dollars on R&D and development for cards that might be purchased by a couple thousand people worldwide wouldn't make financial sense (since at least half of the miners would keep their existing rigs for a couple years first). Our Radeon cards are still more than sufficient for Mining, but until the interest is deemed sufficient enough from the mining community, the prospect of a specialized mining card will remain a prospect. This may change as more retailers start accepting BitCoins, but for now there is no plan to release a dedicated mining card." AMD Global Support Source: http://bitbash.blogspot.pt/2013/06/ask-amd-support-if-they-plan-on.htmlI believe Samsung/Sony/etc share the same opinion.

Well yeah... but look at Cointerra their founder came from Samsung... Ravi Iyengar Founder & CEO Prior to founding CoinTerra, Ravi was Lead CPU Architect at Samsung Corporation.

Some guys developing bitcoin work on Google, that doesn't mean Google will develop bitcoin. The guy who created litecoin worked at Google when he did that, again Google isn't developing litecoin. I thing the point being taken here is that bitcoin or bitcoin mining is still too small to the leading technological companies.

Yeah, they're called ATI graphics cards. If you think there's any ASIC PCI-E cards being made, you're smoking crack.
