i just bought something online and already sent around 300 usd and the payment got confirmed but still dosen't appears on the guy account that i bought from.. so please help me i hope i'm not getting scammed!

the transaction time is correlated to how much fees you are willing to spend. Assuming you did the normal fee it should go relatively quickly. If you lower the transaction fees then it can days even weeks technically for the transaction to go through.

maybe you get scammed. Because the ammount is already moving to another address and probably he is lying.
Or maybe you're not send to right address? Maybe if you copy paste his address, its show different address from his address.

From the pic, transaction already confirmed so thats not from the fees.

As if miners fee is 10% or less, the transaction shows a delay of 20 blocks or takes 4 hours. Miners over 10 smart, delay will be eased. The miners more than 50% of the cost of almost no delay, enjoy the VIP service.

as far as I can see the transactions are more fast than they have been for months, very good
