REST is the best thing to do. Rest for a while and you can think better than yesterday. Sometimes hard times affect us because we are always in multitudes of people, more more responsibilities to finish. Almost everyday we do like this forgetting the fact that our body needs rest also.
We do have different purpose in life and if that purpose is lost and people can't find their real purpose in life, it is not bad to take a rest. I do agree on this, rest for a while, it is not that life makes you want to hurry up in doing your purpose in life. All you have to do is take a break and after you feel better, make sure to find that purpose of yours and make sure that this time, you'll do better/be better person you are or you should be.
