Outsourcing and Hiring

Good evening all!

I am excited to be a part of the community here and am looking forward to any and all feedback that you may have. My team and I are in the process of working on decentralized medical records (along with a few other markets) and are seeking to add to the team in order to launch this ICO in the coming months.

In order to have a successful launch, we aim to bring on 100m ($100,000) of pre-ico marketing campaign funds with the exit plan for the investors being the coin itself. I would like to hear thoughts or experiences on outsourcing and hiring.

We would obviously like a combination of both so that we are not reliant on an outsourced team throughout the growth of the project.  We have seen one company have a fairly successful ICO raise (23 out of 24 million raised) and seeking to do around the same.

Ideally, we want people on board that want to improve healthcare globally. This is a project we are truly passionate about and have identified multiple problems we can fix. All thoughts and feedback is appreciated.

Do you consider hiring people from all over the world so that the team can work remotely? I'm afraid I didn't get it quite right. Otherwise, where are you located geographically?

Anyway, outsourcing is inevitable since hiring staff cut for each and every task will be too costly even with a budget like yours. And it's fine as long as you have somebody liaising with contractors.

Back to hiring. I had an experience of collaborating remotely - works perfectly fine for ICOs provided that there're sufficient financial incentives and a good manager to get it all running.
