According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

The reason for the price fluctuation is people selling their bitcoins after hearing the news of banning and regulation, blah blah which is been spreading by the bitcoin haters or the whales.

The price of bitcoin is based on demand and supply, bitcoin is very limited amount when compared to other cryptos or fiat money. When people selling even the portion of bitcoin it will affect the price. If people sell bitcoin it will increase the supply results in price decrease and vice versa,so the price of bitcoin is always osscillating.

Bitcoin, as well as most other cryptocurrencies, has very little utility, so most of the price movements are the result of speculators acting on whims.

Bears and futures are making these fluctuations, the stock exchanges are manipulating the price of the Bitcoin, therefor it has rises in the beginning in december 17 because they had speculated a higher price, so there is much fraud involved

Bitcoin volatility is almost always affected by the media, negative news about regulations, or positive news about adoption and growth. A cascade effect occurs when the news spreads, and the weak hodlers dump their coins for fear of losing their investment.

I agree with you especially on the part that Bitcoin's use case looks limited. With a maximum processing time of about 6 to 7 transactions per second, I doubt if much will be done once there's massive adoption over the world as a payment option.

Only affected by emotions of people. Whenever there is negative news about Bitcoins, people get scared and start selling. This is when we see price dropping.

many factors can affect the fluctuation of bitcoin prices, bitcoin can rise and height if volume and spreading increase, purchases increase, stocks are little, and also use bitcoin as a means of transaction.

and bitcoin can also be down if sales increase rather than purchase, there are those who resist and fight bitcoin, loss of confidence in the bitcon, so people leave bitcoin, too fast to rise and high. rise with sharply not controled.

and today the factors that affect the bitcoin down is price are too fast to rise and high, rise not controled, and will drops not controled too. like today, and also the sales are increased.

Yes the media is the main problem, the media is obsessed with pumping out negative articles about bitcoin. We need a way to spread all the positive possibilities of bitcoin, how it releases control of the government on inflation, how payments can be sent instantly without borders again imposed by governments. How it can unite the payment systems of the world.
