Has anyone looked at what the average miner fees per block have been historically?  I'm interested in how the fees have increased over time, and comparing that with the number of transactions and and bitcoin price.  It would also be interesting to extrapolate into the future to predict when fees per block exceeds the block reward.

Miners can include 0 fee if they want to.
