MemeCoin wallet need help

Hello, im a newbie, could someone for the love of Jesus Christ help me how to setup the Memecoin client wallet?
I followed all the direcctions at http://www.freebitcointips.co.uk/memecoin and all i came up is with "out of synch" and "no connection to memecoin network" on the client wallet.

Could someone please guide me or show me a youtube video about how to do it?

Also second question, off topic, why on earth i can only mine using reaper mine and not cgminer? cgminer doesnt run, it just freeze or lockup, right now using guiminer-scrypt with reaper miner

What im doing wrong, the memecoin.conf and memecoin-qt.exe are located on my directory AppData\Roaming\MemeCoin

so what is wrong? I still receive the "0 active connection to Memecoin network" and "out of sync"

Make sure it's allowed through your firewall.

I'm running the qt presently and it's connected to a few nodes and syncing normally.
