CampBX reliable? (EDIT: Got my money!)

I mailed CampBX a money order for $250 USD 10 days ago and I haven't heard a reply from them since, and my account still shows no money. I tried to contact them via the help desk they have on their site, but I don't think it worked.

I used CampBX in the past with no worries, but 10 days is just too long to wait. I need my coins! Is CampBX reliable, or is a loss of $250 with absolutely no explanation normal? If not, where else can I exchange money orders or prepaid debit cards for bitcoins?

Really, this all makes me wish BitInstant was still up.

I received my money in full. I'll give CampBX the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a post office error.
