Try to sell some bitcoins but something went wrong.
I did sent te money to the adres that btcdirect send me.
Now i can see that the bitcoins are deposit to shapeshift but i didn,t go to btcdirect.
What else can i do i already made a ticket with blockchain, shapshift and btcdirect.

I don't officially know BTC DIRECT but I Googled it and it's a leanding bitcoin and to see in your problem ask properly about the same issues you in countered.
Now i can see that the bitcoins are deposited to shapeshift but I didn't go to btcdirect.
Maybe there was an error at your browser or the problem is the website itself you should do is to comment on every public website they owned and where you can leave a comment.

In other solutions try to connect with them with other official social media accounts where you came pm them, if there is only one way to contact them try every contact details and wait for the answer and if it gets to a point in 10 days after no reply try again.
