How much Interest you are willing to pay?
1.5% Seems pretty low most people here want atleast 5% a month (and that's on the lower end of the spectrum)

Could you post your address of where you have about $26k worth of ETC, possibly even signing a message from that address? And any reason why you want fiat and how you expect to receive it (if someone ever did decide to fulfill this loan)? I highly doubt someone is going to send that much via paypal.

I can fill this loan for 1% interest/month if the rate is tied to bitcoin value, not USD amount.

sorry i required the full amount i can do max 3% for monthly interest with option to pay back sooner I can fund the entire amount of this loan, subject to the below terms: term of loan: 1 month Amount of loan: $26,000 USD (BTC equivalent) tied to USD value USD/BTC exchange rate: bitfinex - both at time of loan and at time of repayment collateral: 1895 ETC - subject to my blockchain review to confirm no evidence the ETC can be traced to stolen funds interest: 3.5% per month if loan is not repaid by due date, 1% will be added to interest due, I will wait until the loan is 5 days past due, and will liquidate the ETC to repay the loan, plus 3.5% interest, plus 1% late fee and will return the remaining amount to you, if any. The loan can be repaid early, and can be repaid by selling the ETC with no penalty. LMK.

It goes without saying, but if you trade with the least trusted person on this forum, you will probably get negative trust yourself. :/

Can you provide info on the use of the loan? It sounds like you could simply buy BTC, wait a month and then when the value is up make your repayment and pocket the difference in BTC.

I mean isn't the whole point of Bitcoin privacy? As long as a proper escrow holds the required amount of ETC I do not see a problem.
But transparency overrides privacy in lending transactions involving amounts of the kind discussed here. It's all about due diligence. It also helps the lender check if the collateral's source is legitimate. So much news these days about stolen coins.

If its done publicly, it would be quicker, and you will have a higher chance of getting a loan, but usually lack in transparency also means there is something else going on and youre trying to hide it from someone here (though not exactly the case). Tbh I am starting to look down on fiat-tied loans because it seems to me that people are doing this as a way to possibly profit while the lender loses out on any type of value increase in the market, which is what im assuming is going on with alot of the recent request. Good luck though.
