It seems to me the Stack Exchange has more features.  It would be nice if Bitcointalk.org just converted to Stack Exchange.

They're two different things; one is a place specifically for questions and answers, the other is a place to talk.

I think most people here will tell you bitcointalk is the best, and most people there would tell you bitcoin.stackexchange.com is the best.
