It is not the first to have an airdrop instead of an ICO.
As far as I know, Polymath Network did this, but they required KYC in the end, I hope Rublix won't require that just for an airdrop.

However, i think they need to focus more on how to meet up on their roadmap, delay isn't good for business even though you wanna make sure you leave no stone un-turned. I agree as well, so much amateur ANNs with amateur presentation and websites. This one means business! Truly promising project, very thorough in presentation, the whitepaper is clear and if you are not technical the vimeo video shows everything you need to know.
