People tend to break the rules first, then ask for forgiveness.  It's easier than asking for permission.

Doesn't work in the irreversible BTC world - break the rules - expect to get negative trust.  :/

I saw someone asking for their eth address and btc address for transparency
So he/she can verify the records
admin said that all in web
then kicked him/her
that was funny
