The point is:
If you go to online-gambling these days on the www with Euro or Dollar you always have to trust the casino to be honest. With BTC some important things change:
-payout and deposit is instant and probably anonymous (now absolutely not the caser with old-fashion online-casinos)
-the player can check without any doubt which is the casino with the highes payout and if those casinos are honest. On the BTC-Network a casino which is not honest can not survive.
-with peerbet.org we have the first casino (i know of) where there is no house involved. This does only exist in BTC-environment and is unique on the net

so i dont say too much if i state that BTC will probably bring a complete revolution to online gambling and possibly whipe the Euro/USD-Market clean in the coming years.

i expect a huge influx of gamblers from around the world as soon this is understood. Some bloggers should report on it from a gamblers perspective to get things going (please do so if you read this and are a blogger). That will give BTC the next push forward and this is imminently happening - right now.

SatoshiDice made ฿33,310 ($4.29m) from May-Dec 2012. That’s not inconsiderable.

But as the market leader in bitcoin betting, SatoshiDice is a big fish in a relatively obscure pond. In 2012, the worldwide online gambling market across all currencies was worth $35.8bn. Clearly, there’s a lot left to play for.

as soon gamblers flood in prices rise further ... that's the next big push - it's going to happen.
