Many people can, and do.
Why not memorizing the bitcoin-Qt source code?
I can imagine the competitions...

Q: What is the line 1944 on main.cpp?
A: ...

{ Imagine a sequence of bits generated from the first decimal place of the square roots of whole integers that are irrational numbers. If the decimal falls between 0 and 5, it's considered bit 0, and if it falls between 5 and 10, it's considered bit 1. This sequence from a simple integer count of contiguous irrationals and their logical decimal expansion of the first decimal place is called the 'main irrational stream.' Our goal is to design a physical and optical computing system system that can detect when this stream starts matching a specific pattern of a given size of bits. bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=166760.0 } Satoshi did use a friend class in C++ and put a comment on the code saying: "This is why people hate C++".

Didn't know about it. Do they perform well on Mensa tests?
Sure it must help.
But to answer, nope.
But on such a modified version of Trivial, yes.
I think it would be great fun.

Maybe we could have a IRC chat room with a quiz bot. It would display a line of code and you would have to say the filename and line number.
It could be played for money, I suppose, though the machine vs. human factor would be difficult to manage online.

Or maybe, we could have a new Guiness World record.
To type in with keyboard or voice - knowing it by heart - the first version of bitcoin-Qt in the shortest lapse of time... Go go!

This is so ridiculous that we need to do it.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

OMG,  Grin
I think we should have the Guiness record code version, actually!
