For users of Ledger hardware wallets, please note that there is a MITM vulnerability that has not been patched yet. It will be possible for hackers to change the destination address when you are sending coins without you knowing better, unless you double check the address.

At least users can double check the address. But I'm not clear on exactly what clicking the "monitor" button does. If malware is present, could it also interfere with that process?
