Most of my holdings are in Ethereum, ERC20 tokens and Neo (do hold some BTC). But I’m definitely setting some buy orders for 8,600, as I don’t see us dropping below 8,500 before a significant bounce. What are everyone’s plans for this pull back? I see a lot of people buying the ALT’s but what about BTC?

All the time when the btc isnt stong the people think btc will die but mostly btc will come back stonger than before
I also got btc in my portfolio because i think the value will increase, when that happen, altcoins will not gain much and then its good to got about 40% btc in portfolio or more, then you can buy cheap altcoins with a strong btc

All currencies are very dependent on the growth or fall of bitcoin! And it was possible to observe many many times! The correct investment strategy is to keep 50% in bitcoin, and 50% in everything else! bitcoin is the main currency for which everything is traded! and while this market is developing, there will be demand for bitcoin! Accordingly, if there is demand, then there will be a very very high rate of supply!

Nah, I'm quite scared of the volatility now, so I am keeping all my money is USDT while trading it. So that's it.

I would definetely not buy if it does not drop to below the last dip, though I don't think of buying bitcoin, it is useless, I am going to buy privacy coins they are very undervalued.

I agree with you on the idea of buying privacy coins than bitcoin, but i totally disagree that buying bitcoin at this moment is useless.Buying and holding bitcoin is not that easy as a little drop in price can make you loose thousands of dollars, but the experienced traders still make a lot of profit nor matter the price. So its all about learning how to be patient and not trying to be greedy.

you're not scared of usdt going up in smoke? i'd find that a whole lot scarier than a big fall in a real coin's price. i'd be ok using it for a few hours. i wouldn't leave it for weeks or months.

It really depends on why you're holding bitcoin, it is true that BTC is unlikely to see the absolute highest gains in cryptocurrency, but with increased value also comes increased stability, so bitcoin becomes the safer option over time as it is proven strong. New ERC-20 tokens may have a lot of potential, but they also have a lot of risk, careful analysis of these risks and spreading your investments might see you turn a greater profit than simply holding BTC/ETH.
