It seems to me the Stack Exchange has more features.  It would be nice if Bitcointalk.org just converted to Stack Exchange.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I think most people here will tell you bitcointalk is the best, and most people there would tell you bitcoin.stackexchange.com is the best.
