I want to cash out ethers. What's the easiest and "lowest fee" way to cash it out in USD?

You mean changing eth / btc to usd? So far all I know is Coinbase ,Poloniex and Shaepshift. Maybe you can read here for more details

For "Lowest fee" I think poloniex have the lowest fee (Maybe). Btw where do you live?

Poloniex has more fees than binance and thats the fact thats why i moved from polo to binance a couple of weeks ago,
back to OP,shapeshift isnt a good option though because you can only convert your altcoins to bitcoin or vice versa which makes CEX.IO will be the best option because you can transfer your cryptocurrency holdings directly to your account.

Poloniex has more fees than binance and thats the fact thats why i moved from polo to binance a couple of weeks ago,

And it allows me to send it to my PayPal or some other real account?
